At TH Community Services, our mission is to strengthen and unify the community by creating impactful, inclusive, and purpose-driven events that foster connection, support, and shared purpose. We are committed to addressing the needs of underserved populations in the Middle Georgia areas by offering programs that build relationships, reduce disparities, and empower individuals to thrive. Through our community events—ranging from back-to-school supply drives to senior dinners and youth scholarships—we aim to create sustainable change, cultivate a sense of belonging, and inspire lasting collaboration that strengthens the social fabric of our community.
Our vision is to build an inclusive and resilient community where every individual—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—feels seen, valued, and empowered. We envision a future in which neighbors uplift one another, resources are shared equitably, and collective compassion drives sustainable, community-led transformation. Through continued partnership, outreach, and advocacy, we aim to create a legacy of positive change that breaks cycles of disadvantage and builds pathways to opportunity for generations to come.
Since 2006, Tracy Harper Community Services, Inc. has been a trusted and compassionate presence in Milledgeville, GA, and surrounding communities—dedicated to addressing real needs through hands-on, community-centered events and outreach. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strengthening families, fostering unity, and creating opportunities for underserved individuals through purposeful programming.
Our initiatives—including back-to-school supply drives, youth and senior engagement events, and scholarship distribution—are designed to reduce disparities, promote equity, and inspire long-term community development. Powered by volunteers and sustained through public and private support, our work reflects a proven track record of impact and grassroots leadership.
We invite you to partner with us as we expand our reach, deepen our services, and continue to build a more connected, resilient, and empowered community—one program at a time.
